At Helix Carbon GmbH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your merchandise in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Please note:
This policy applies exclusively to merchandise purchased through our online shop (e.g., clothing, keychains, stickers, etc.). It does not apply to propellers or parts. For propellers or parts, our return and refund policies will be discussed with you personally when we respond to your inquiry and prior to finalizing your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact, as required by German law.
Return Shipping

International Returns
